Job Description

ArrtaMoney Career Services is seeking an experienced Foreign Job Placement Coordinator to manage our international recruitment pipeline. You will act as a bridge between Indian candidates and overseas employers, guiding candidates throughout their international career journey.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for international job opportunities

Coordinate with overseas employers and recruitment agencies

Guide candidates through the complete overseas job application process

Assist with documentation, work permit guidance, and pre-departure briefings

Maintain a database of active international job vacancies

Achieve monthly placement targets across different countries

Requirements & Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in overseas recruitment or placement

Strong network with international employers in Gulf, Europe, Canada, and Australia

Knowledge of work permits, overseas employment regulations, and documentation

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and overseas job portals

Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
